This is a fun, interactive session that both parents and kids will join. There will be the opportunity for yoga that is energizing, fun and healthy for the body and mind. There will also be interactive games that teach leadership skills, teamwork, enthusaism and ability of focus. Though this is a free event, confirmation of attendance is required.
